to what degree are you living?  

In terms of your mindset, health and fitness, do you have all the bases covered.  For example:

 Are you a positive person, but find it difficult at times to find peace?  You may only be living at 180 degrees (incomplete)

Do you eat healthy, but not motivated and lack interest in physical activity?  You may only be living at 100 degrees (incomplete)

Are you physically active, but find planning healthy meals overwhelming? You may be living at only 80 degrees (incomplete)

If you are anything like me, you probably fall into one of the above scenarios.  For me, I was a very positive person, but I was always taking care of everyone else instead of myself.  This made it very difficult to be completely at peace.  I had to develop a mindset to take care of ME first, then spread the love to others.

Change happens at different degrees; Fulfillment happens at 360 degrees.  At Lifestyle 360 Degrees, our approach to living complete is POSITIVE, FUN and PRACTICAL.  We all have one thing in common; and that is the desire to live a completely FULFILLED LIFE; free of stress (peaceful), pain and illness.  We all desire to LIVE LIFE at 360 DEGREES!

Positive thinking starts with how you feel about Y.O.U.  That's right, "I'm fat", "I'm tired", "I'm stressed", "I'm not good enough", "I can't", on and on and on...and we wonder why nothing ever goes right.  Your mindset is the driving force behind everything you strive to do.  Negative thoughts place limitations on our lives that block the supernatural power of the Universe.  Take inventory of what you are thinking because it definitely has a boomerang effect...what you send out comes right back to you. Don't expect to receive success and love when your thoughts clearly indicate you do not love yourself.

Learn to Love Yourself and the Universe will love you back.

Excuses, excuses, excuses..."I don't have time", "I have joint problems", "It's too hot", "I don't like to sweat", "my hair :)".... Being physically fit benefits the body both internally and externally.  We all love a sexy physique and getting physical gives us that beautifully toned physique on the outside and that well-conditioned heart muscle on the inside.  So, go ahead, GET FIT-SICAL!  Enjoy the double takes when people stare; but most importantly, love the fact that you can go up and down those stairs without skipping a beat.

Every time you turn on the news, there seems to be a new virus or disease that we should be worried about.  They attack your weak immune system and spread through-out the body.  Have you ever stopped to think about what you could be doing to boost your body's immune system, protecting it from the common cold, virus, disease and illness?  It's simple........EAT THE RAINBOW.   Wouldn't you rather eat colorful, flavorful food everyday, than take medication everyday.  Take care of your inside and enjoy making frequent trips to the grocery store instead of the doctor's office.
